Crane Collapses?

What is going on in this country lately...Cranes are dropping almost every week for the last month or 2.... are people being careless? Are they lifting too much? is it time to build some newer, better equipment?

If they don't meet the deadlines they could be penalized monetarily or through the loss of future projects. Through the hurried process, they forgo standard safety protocol and are reckless.
