I usually don't get enough. I have some crazy insomnia ever since I got out of the hospital. I hate taking Ambien, but if I'm gonna get to sleep, I gotta take it.
I'm pretty good about getting my 7-8 hrs now. Anything less than 6 and I'm a walking zombie.
There was a time when sleep was more of a thing I "had" to do rather than enjoyed doing. But now that it comes more readily to me I've learned to love it.
I think 7.5 to 8.5 hours is ideal for me. I like an hour nap in the day too if possible. I love sleep and value it b/c it helps keep my body and brain healthy..I feel like people who don't sleep enough don't recover fully and shorten their life span.
6-7 hours. I guess it's enough considering I usually just wake up without an alarm & I'm unable to sleep in. I'm garbage with less than six hours of sleep
