Crazy fact from TechCrunch: "Some time in the next week more than 6 million iPhone 3Gs will be in people’s hands around the world.The second generation device has outsold the original iPhone just seven weeks after going on sale."
Anyone buy one? How do you like it? Would you recommend it?
I know people with them, and I have played with it. I like how it feels in my hand but other than that its no different from the old iphone. I have GPS in both cars and T-Mobile 3G service is lame so I have no use for the newer hardware. besides... there is something sexy about apples use of aluminum. I love that my phone is less a phone and more a lifestyle appliance.

I think I've finally decided I should get one. I was thinking it might not be the best work phone... but the more I think about it, the more I reallllly want one, so I'm gonna make it work.
