My Modern Metropolis
So AT&T has agreed to buy T-Mobile USA for $39Billion. I wanted to know everyone's thoughts on this; Are you for or against it?

In my opinion, they both have horrible networks, and a acquisition like this is no good from a consumer stand point. Maybe AT&T should of invested all that money on upgrading their network.

I am against it. There are 3 large cell phone companies now and they are continuously driving up prices. T Mobile was great because they helped keep competitive prices as well as helping people out when it came to people with no credit or low credit. Considering Verizon wants people to sometimes put down up to $1,000 for a contract... I feel like it's a loss.
I can see the whole monopoly standpoint for this, but at the same time, AT&T was bought out by cingular before it bought cingular. It's all business and profits. I'm with AT&T, and I love that we have roll over minutes and it is not as pricey as verizon. I am hoping that doesn't change.
