Agreed. Bacon + anything = awesome. I'm actually thinking of hosting a bacon themed party. All foods must contain bacon as a main ingredient. Even dessert. Here's the dessert I'm planning to make: dark chocolate bacon cupcakes. The recipe got 4 stars.

I love foie grois, never heard of oinion jam. I also like mint jelly or jalapeno jelly. Attack of the weird jellies.
