Do you use hand sanitizer?

I wash hands in bathroom then sanitizer in my office. I figure all the germs in my office are mine so once I am in there it's my haven.

No because I don't want to touch the pump-lever-dispenser that everyone's been using. What exactly is hand sanitizer?

i wash my hands there, but i carry sanitizer around in my purse... generally i only use the hand sanitizer when i'm bored, and so going through my purse, but once or twice i've felt like my hands were dirty and it's come in handy

I would much rather wash my hands. When my hands are dirty, I don't like seeing liquid filth on my hands after using hand sanitizer. If my hands are clean already, then I'd use some, if I just touched a handrail or something.

i rarely do - for me it's drying and i believe more in doing things to build up my immune system. my son's 4. i was never a mom that always was sanitizing his hands and everything around him - but do what i can for his diet and giving him a healthy start. i'm very thankful that he almost never gets sick, even when hanging out w/ other kids at school and play.

most of the time just wash my hands.. I'm not a germaphobe so its not something I must have…

Nah, I make sure to wash in the restroom and every so often while at home so "sanitizer" is overkill I think. That stuff is all over our work offices, but I just don't feel the need.
