The singer and "The Hills" star underwent: a mini brow lift, Botox in her brow and frownline area; a nose job revision; fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips; chin reduction; neck liposuction; had her ears pinned back; a breast augmentation revision; liposuction on her waist, hips and inner and outer thighs; and a buttock augmentation.

It's extremely disturbing that she's so comfortable with being completely fake...From head to toe.

I think that she looks really pretty, but I feel like she now has a much older look to her, more mature look, than her real age. What happens when she gets to the age she looks???
