Is Caravan, a Craigslist for creatives, a good idea?

Here's an interesting idea. Only let creative people rent their homes to other creative people.

"Caravan is a house swap and short term sublet listing for commercial creatives and those working in the advertising/media/fashion/art and design industries. If you're a photographer, illustrator, art director, film director, practicing artist, stylist, designer, make up artist, DOP, producer (shall I go on?) this listing is for you."

The idea is that the two parties have "values in common."

What do you think about this idea? Is it ok to discriminate by occupation?
