My Modern Metropolis
So yeah, I'm massively into music, and fairly heavily into film (I actually run a music and film blog), but I'd love to start getting into some more fine and physical art.

If it helps, the kind of stuff I like tends to be more abstract, conceptual and mysterious. Something which is very ambiguous and multi-meaning, but has a degree of accessibility so that it's not exclusive or alienating. (Unsurprisingly) I'm a massive David Lynch fan, and also like the likes of Wes Anderson, SPike Jonze and Christopher Nolan. I know it might not help to say my favourite film directors but I feel it's probably the closest I can get to giving you an idea of the kind of art I might like!

That said, I'm open minded to trying anything I'm given, so any recommendations would be very much appreciated. :)

Ever heard of Donald Glover? He does some acting, writes for 30 rock, modeling, and music. His music is a rap/hip hop mixed with some real instruments. His rapper name is Childish Gambino. He loves what he does and he doesn't make music to make money. His mix tap is actually free on his website Iamdonald.com. His shows are selling our everywhere. Let me know what ya think
