Do you have a song / band / music genre that changed your life, the way you look at life, your thinking, your attitude, your personality???

when you faced you're first break up!!
when u were in love for the first time !!!
the first ride in your car!!!

For me its classic rock as a genre that somehow came to the rescue when it was most trying !!!

U2, they've been with me for most of my life. I can honestly associate a part of my life with each of their albums. They are always reinventing themselves.

Hard choice as there are too many, songs fulled of this magic moments of complicity whatever the feeling ! That's why i like listening to the radio where old songs often comes back on and takes me back to a certain time.
I'm from U2, bee gees, ASia, simple minds, the Police, Sting, I like the Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, REM also,Supertramp,Elton John (I'm sure i missed some of them)generation ; I had my ACDC period (Yes heavy metal part of my teenage).
I forgot eric Clapton, Tracy Chapman ..... just too hard!

Damien Rice. For every break up, for every crush, for every introspective moment.

Debbie Gibson. Out of the Blue. 6th grade. I liked it. I spent the next 6 years of my life listening to hard-core gangsta rap trying to rebuild my street cred. At the end of it all, I found out that I'm just not that cool. At the end of it all, I found out that I just didn't care anymore and that I'm comfortable liking the music that I like.
