My Modern Metropolis
On the Met we have people who contribute from all over the world and while it may not be true for everywhere, it's spring here in the U.S.. I happen to be reminded of this every time I look out my window because there are a bunch of cherry trees in my front yard which have just bloomed. When the wind blows it almost looks like it's snowing.

Since it's a rather picturesque time of year I figure why not share some of your spring photos? For all you guys and gals outside the U.S. where it may not be spring feel free to share some from springs past.

This is of one of those Cherry Trees I mentioned before. Here in Macon, GA. we have the largest population of Cherry Trees in the U.S with over 300,000!!! Sorry D.C. ;P

I think I just added one more thing to my ever growing list of "something I have never done but someday hope to."
They also have these here in Tennessee near Pigeon Forge (website here). Unfortunately the rides are kind of expensive. They charge $37 for one ride. If it was cheaper I probably would have done it already. Maybe I'll splurge this summer and try it.
I like how they set up a little winding track to make things more interesting. Excellent sky btw.
I went Zorbing in NZ, i met 2 strangers the day before and hitched a lift with them from Hamilton to Rotorua (google maps will help you see what i'm talking about!). On the way we decided to go zorbing and so all 3 of us were in the one zorb with a couple of gallons of water. It made sure that we were firm friends after the experience!!
Whoa, this looks awesome! Would like to try this one day!
Spring means going Skateboarding!
