What do you have planned for this momentous occasion? Are you even going to celebrate it? What are your thoughts on this day of love and romance?

Valentine's day? Is this a kind of joke of big companies to sell us something with big hearts (as shown above) on it?
If you don't buy a gift for your girlfriend/boyfriend in an ordinary day, don't bother buying it in Valentine's day :)
Making everyone I love cards for the special occasion and flying out to the south of France for the week :) Does Valentines day always need to be with that special someone? Because I think family is more than enough for that day
One thing that I don't think people have considered. You don't have to spend money on Valentines Day. You can make your special someone something or just spend the day with them going to Museums for free and whatnot. It's just a day to celebrate love.
You make a valid point Kristine. I feel it's the little things that matter the most on this day :)
I met the girl I'm currently dating at a movie theater. I am planning on bringing her to Gold Cinema Theater which is a very high end theater here in Austin with fine dining while watching the film.
I hope she loves it! :D
Love is like a beautiful flower which I may not touch, but whose fragrance makes the garden a place of delight just the same.
Thanks for sharing Hasii :)
I have never bought into the whole Valentines day scene. I have gotten some heat for it, but not from those most would expect. I showed my love in more spontaneous, & more numerous ways. I have found very few men who like the day. There are some, but not many.
It's a day based purely on your status: i.e. single, taken, etc. I see your point, though.
