Anything from system of a down, global deejays, dj melodie...
I like songs that move quickly- But i guess it depends what 'work out your doing' , Marshal arts? Body building? Mountain biking? Well for the first i prefer Yanni, Or classical- But the other two- heavy metal! All the way. Motley Crue, Ozzy, Ratt. Judas Priest, Metal Church, I could go on, and on! Ha Ha... I guess i'm old fashioned! LOL
Ministry of Sound? Dope. I was at their NYE party in London in 2001 at the Millenium Dome. Never before had I been at such a large party.
I'm hoping someone can update this! I'm in dire need of updating my music playlist! Something with club beats and fast! Any suggestions?

I like a mix from rock, to hip hop, to funk - something that has a fairly quick beat....current playlist includes:

Soul Coughing/Mike Doughty
Black Eyed Peas
Cake
Modest Mouse
Eminem
A Japanese band called the UNellys
Canadian band called Wide Mouth Mason
Canadian Hawksley Workman
Prince
Joe Jackson (I know, old school)
Dave Matthews Band
Beck
i like listening to R&B haha i know it sounds weird but it has a good constant beat that usually keeps at the pace i am lifting at then move more towards the fast moving music like house music or something for running because its gets me motivated to move
Any Club songs, house techno... and most top 40s. La Roux's CD is a good one.
Word Up - Korn
For cardio I like trance, vocal trance, house and club. For weights I like hip hop, the beats are slower so you can keep up when doing reps
