I agree. Movies, if they really want to make an impression, should portray what REALLY goes on into making love last as long as it does. Great point! :)
Zombies
For now anyway...

In a gun fight, the bad guys always have terrible aim.

A lot of bad guys in American movies also tend to speak in British accents.

The lead actors are almost always people with model good looks, a set of "I only work out 6 hours, everyday" washboard abs.  In other words, they set a realistic standard for everyone to live by. ;-)

In regards to the last comment....I went to college thinking every guy was going to be as good looking as they are in those college movies. Boy, was I quickly proven wrong! Not all of them go for the "shy girl," nor are ALL OF THEM sexy. haha!
I experienced the same thing when I went to college...but I'm kind of glad that that apart of movies doesn't reflect real life. Let's face it, if everyone is always sexy then who is actually sexy? lol
You make an excellent point! It would be nice to have average looking people. In movies it's either you're really hot or really unattractive. I suppose one could say that "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."
I definitely agree with you. And in the case of "beauty is in the eye of the beholder", then everyone is sexy at least to someone else :)

so maybe some movies get that right? actually your initial comment referred to college movies...in that case they never accurately portray college demographics (even in high school movies where actors are sometimes out of college playing high school juniors!!! if we want to talk about unrealistic appearances).
Yes! Smallville was a guilty pleasure of mine for too many seasons than I will admit to watching, and I used to laugh about how people in their late 20s could somehow pass as high school students, to TV audiences.

I think maybe 90210 started that trend. Those guys were all like 40, when that show originally aired.
Are you serious? You're talking about the original 90210 right?
Haha. Totally kidding, and yes, the original.
haha I get it, exaggeration does wonders when trying to convey a point! :) You can't have an actual teen portray her age, that would be absurd! Oh Hollywood, you run quite the strange industry.
