I wanted to open it up to you all and ask...based on your experience, what are some ways you've improved your life? Also, what are some ways you're still looking to improve your life?
Can think of many things since I'm going through that phase,
Done it !!
Stopped drinking
Started spending more time with my parents - did me a world of good
Started cooking breakfast for my beau and myself
Still to come...
Wishing I don't have to travel around the world so much for work so I can spend more time at home

Buy a complete stranger a cup of coffee.
Buy a meal for a homeless person.
It doesn't cost a lot but it feels good to give, even if it's just a little.
Allow yourself to be completely open to new experiences.
Take something from everyone you meet.
Look your fear in the eyes.
Love with as much ferocity as you can muster.
I've improved my life by facing my immense fear of doctors and finally going to get all my health problems checked out. Turns out the reason why I've been having painful migraines and debilitating dizziness for the past two years is because I'm anemic. My iron was so low that if I had waited any longer to get help, I could have had complete organ failure. Now I take around 8 pills a day, most of them vitamins, but I'm finally starting to feel like my old self again. Those doctors really know their stuff..
Ways that I'm going to continue to improve my life? To stop being such a damn pansy when it comes to relationships. I hate getting close to people.. I seem to sabotage every good thing I have going relationship-wise. I want to just put myself out there and get my heart broken a few times. At least I'll feel alive, you know?
There are many ways that you can improve your life.books , films, listen to light music and relationships.
in life when you are in love you are hapeness persen in the world.becase you love yourself and evrything that you contact whit it.

We should be grateful for the small good things in life that are overlooked. It's hard to acknowledge them sometimes but we probably have more good things in our lives than we think and recognize.
