What is your browser of choice?

My Firefox started acting funky a few months ago so a friend recommended Google Chrome to me. I love it.. it's super super fast and I love how it "gets to know you" after a while. It practically finishes all my searches for me after typing in only two letters!

What is YOUR favorite web browser and why?

$rp {|} // .MrPresident___++$ Permalink Reply by rp {|} // .MrPresident___++ on October 8, 2009 at 1:08am: Safari.. when I was on windows it was IE.., FF is cool and Opera works great for somethings that just don't seem to work in any other browser without plugins, being a web designer I would say my faves in order are 1. Safari, it renders the most vibrant & accurate color, my code just works all the time... 2. Opera, because its oddly reliable when it comes to helping figure why firefox and safari are vomiting on my code. 3 Firefox, I only use it when something is wrong with safari or a website requires a browser that is also PC compatible. Internet Explorer SUCKS... microsoft needs to get on the browser bandwagon or there needs to be a group that regulates web browsers.. IE is the only popular browser that designers/developers have to jump through hoops to code for.

BTW:
Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox & opera are all built on a similar platform. IE is a microsoft proprietary platform, hence the differences in compatibility; ▶ Reply to This
