A really good epic cinematic scene- (think of the scene in Lord of the Rings The Two Towers when Gandalf returns, and the Uruk are racing down the side of the mountain, and the sun is coming up behind them, the high pitched soprano voice placed perfectly...mmm)

Being scared- thinking I hear something in the house when I'm all alone, or in the woods

A particular street corner near where I live. Everytime I walk around it I hope I'm going to see someone I love waiting the other side.

oh that and general negative confrontations, which I don't like and don't happen very often thankfully.

- When I'm speeding on the freeway and i see cops.
- Going "all in" in poker and waiting for the flop, turn, and river.

Crashing our boat through a 20 ft wave of whitewater on the Colorado river!

Walking along a ridge of rock only 5 ft wide with 500 ft dropoffs on both sides!

Hiking over nine miles from the bottom of the Grand Canyon to the Rim climbing over 5000 vertical feet in the process and doing it in 110 degree heat!
