Who is being inappropriate - Carrie Prejean or Larry King?

Carrie Prejean threatened to walk off Larry King Live Tuesday night, in the middle of her interview with Larry King. Prejean's threats came after King asked the former beauty queen about the reasons behind her recent settlement with the Miss California USA pageant.

King asked Prejean why she agreed to strike a deal with the Pageant and drop her claims of libel, slander and religious discrimination. "Why settle since you had a fight to carry on?"

Prejean, visibly displeased, refused to answer: "Larry, it's completely confidential and you're being inappropriate."

My question to you: Who is being innapropriate - Carrie Prejean or Larry King?

wow that was uncomfortable.
Many legal settlements (including this one I believe) contain clauses that both parties agree not to discuss any of the terms. Larry King was basically asking her to violate that clause which could open her up to legal action. He was trying to get ratings at her expense. She has no obligation to serve his desire for ratings nor does she have any obligation to carry on a fight for the religious right at her own expense. She has to live her own life.
While I agree that she has a right not to discuss the case, and is possibly legally obligated not to, I think she could of handled the situation a whole lot better. Many other people are asked tough questions all the time, but we don't see them throwing a fit, especially at harmless ole Larry King.

At the beginning of her interview she is shamelessly holding her book up. She should expect that she's going to get grilled for her actions, and in return she gets to plug her book.

So who was inappropriate? She was. Larry was just doing his job.
She also has the right not to go on a national news program to shill her book. If you don't want to answer questions don't do TV shows.
She's an idiot. Period.
If I was Larry King I would have thrown her and her sex tape off my show.
i so agree. thanks for saying it for me.
Ms. Opposite marriage is a joke. She loves to present herself as a Martyr so if she was in the right why not fight to prove it. Obviously a bit of money is worth more to this media whore than pride and justice. Maybe now she can go back to hanging out with her buddy Sarah Palin and making more sex tapes for all the sexually repressed Republicans out their. I'm looking at you Hannity!
Tabloid news even believes that Carrie pulled a publicity stunt on Larry King Live to stir up further controversy and sell her book. The fact that tabloid news doesn't view Carrie as credible is telling and sad. I'm sure there is an opening on the Real Housewives of OC for her to parlay her 15 minutes.
yeah, she did a great job at dodging that bullet.
Now people are focused even more on....ooooooh.
I think she is pretty embarrassing and honestly I feel like the situation has been dragged out long enough.
It is clear she is a hypocrite given her mixed views on what her religion will and will not allow and outside of that
she doesn't seem like the brightest.

As Johnny Blue said people have been asked more difficult questions and have acted more professional than her display on the show.
Chances are she dropped the case for financial gain which is why she decided to hide behind the confidentiality clause.

To say the least I'm sure Larry king didn't lose any sleep over it.
