The inmates at the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in the Philippines are at it again! In another tribute to MJ, they performed "Dangerous" a couple days ago on July 25, 2009. If you haven't seen these guys, you have to check out their version of "Thriller" which put them on the map.
