Practicing capturing urban star trails. It's been a long time since I have done any night photography, so it's taking me some time to get my head around things again. Many thanks to flickr users tdub303 and AndWhyNot for sharing their star trails expertise. You should check out their star trails sets if you haven't already. I was happy to capture some plane light trails in this shot. Also, a neighbour put their ridiculously yellow outdoor light on during this exposure, but I don't mind the colour contrast. 2.7 hours exposure time. f/1.8 ISO 200 50mm
