My first impressions of Tokyo are as follows. I've really enjoyed it here so far.

- After every few sentences when they translate what I say, the clients often laugh even though I didn't tell a joke.

- The elevators run really slow here. So slow it is hard to tell when you are actually moving in them.

Lost in Translation

I have just arrived in Tokyo this afternoon. This is my first time to the amazing city. I'm not sure what to expect, but so far it has been very nice. We had some very tasty ramen and gyoza for dinner this evening. Tomorrow I'm hoping to take a few pictures and have a decent meal or two to report on.
