Previously, I had deemed this an "impossible question" fairly enough. I was satisfied. Alas, things have changed... my second dining experience at BIX managed the impossibility of exceeding the first which much to my amazement, simply answers the question asked. BIX. My favorite restaurant is BIX.

DJ: Mark Ronson. Artists in a lesser musical sense that come to mind, John Currin, Cindy Sherman, Hope Atherton, Van Gogh, Diane Arbus and on and on..

Your Favorite Hotel or Club:

The best dog friendly places such as The Cypress Inn in Carmel, La Quinta Resort & Country Club Bungalows in La Quinta or Hotel Monaco Portland. Abroad I favor renting flats and pretending I am a local. VRBO is a great site for that.
