The Places We Live: A Narrated Slideshow of Slums Around the World.

Started in 2005 by Jonas Bendiksen, "The Places We Live" is a project about urban poverty and slums. The purpose is document how families live in the poorest conditions around the world. Taking 3 years to complete, Jonas visited dozens of families in four slums around the world.

The project consists of first hand narratives of families that live in the slums along with panoramic pictures of their living conditions.

Digital Art: Realistic Characters by Artist Stephen Molyneaux

Pictured above is Stephen Molyneaux's creation titled Bernadette. Stephen is a 23 year old British 3D animator artist who uses 3ds max, mental ray, Photoshop, ZBrush to create ultra realistic characters. The amazing thing is the level of detail in his artwork. Here are a few more of his creations.

Hodge Hawk, the Concept Vehicle from the Future

Designed by Alex Hodge from New Zealand, the Hodge Hawk is a three wheeled concept vehicle that combines the sportiness of a motorcycle with the comforts of a car. Powered by a Honda RC51 V-twin 999cc motor that revs to 10,000 rpm, the Hodge Hawk also comes with 19" rims on the front. The use of carbon fiber and plastic coating makes this vehicle lightweight. A great new concept that will hopefully make it to production.…

The Zenvo ST1, a Supercar Unlike Any Other

The Zenvo ST1 is unlike any supercar on the market today. Built by the Danish car company, Zenvo, the car comes equipped to do battle with the likes of Ferrari, Lamborghini and Porsche. Take a look at these staggering stats:

Engine: 7.0 Liter turbocharged, supercharged V8

Output: 1,104 Horsepower

0-60 times: 3 seconds

Top Speed: electronically limited to a mere 233 mph
