Now that season two of ABDC has passed I can honestly say that there wasn't a team that was as CRAZY/AWESOME as season one's Jabbawockeez! I have been anxiously waiting for them to go on tour and it was music to my years when I heard it announced on MTV! Good… Continue

As I stare at my blank white walls, I think about how great it would be to breathe some life into them. Graham & Brown teams up with some great designers to bring us some fresh and exciting wallpapers. The one pictured above is "interactive," meaning you can… Continue
From the Huffington Post:
Wall Street Journal columnist and former Reagan speechwriter Peggy Noonan and former John McCain adviser, Time columnist, and MSNBC contributor Mike Murphy were caught on tape disparaging John McCain's selection of Alaska Governor Sarah Palin as his Vice Presidential running mate.
Cathy is my sister Carol's best friend from junior high. Throughout high school, they were the ones who made me ditch class, dragging me out of English, driving me to Laguna Beach (while I slept int the back seat) so that we could enjoy a beautiful, sunny day in Laguna… Continue
My dad and I have season tickets to UCLA football and basketball games, and the UCLA/Tenn game was Monday. I had a good feeling about us winning even though we're not even ranked and Tennessee is like 15th... Anyway we won in over time. THE most exciting game I've ever been to. UNBELIEVABLE!
Here is an article about the game so you can read more about this awesome game.
Why do we love this item? Because we love to discover that the stuck-up rich girl is not so primp and proper after all - hence why Cruel Intentions, Gossip Girl, and Princess of Monaco scandals rock, and why the latest news about Leighton Meester, the actress seemingly just as uptown as her character Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl, also rocks.
Let me admit something. I am drawn to people with dark pasts. People who have somehow risen from the grave, been given multiple chances at life and managed to climb out of their dark hole to become something in this world. (Think Robert Downey Jr.)
I've watched the Britney/Russell Brand promo spots for the VMAs and besides being happy that Britney is… Continue
I still heart Sienna Miller. She is a good actress for the right roles, just like Lindsay Lohan. Loved her in Factory Girl, Alfie, and who could forget her brilliant couple of minutes in Layer Cake .. just wouldn't let her near my BF is all.
Many of us grew up watching the tube and belong to the MTV generation. For this reason, and because of the modern design, this is the Art+Culture pick for the weekend.
The Virgin Media Group brought in Headline Design to re-brand over 50 buildings from Head Office to call centers throughout the UK. Because the average age of the Virgin Call Center employee was 23, the design team named the new work environment ‘Our Neighborhood’ in attempt to shift workers’ thinking from ‘them’ to ‘us.’…
Osha Thai was recommended by our friend and Met member, Roro. We chose the original location at 696 Geary Street because it happened to be the closest one to our hotel. (There are a total of 5 Osha Thais in SF.)… Continue
Traveling around from place to place, I've developed a love for nice boutique hotels. Doesn't have to be fancy schmancy, just give me the necessities - a shower with good water pressure and a comfortable bed with just hard enough pillows and I'm a happy woman. Throw in free wi-fi, premium bath products, and some good design elements and now you've given me an… Continue

The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning, the prequel to The Little Mermaid (1989), has been released to DVD on Aug. 26, 2008! The animated feature is said to reveal King Triton's wild trysts when he was but a strapping merman lad working on the seashore and living the "bohemian" lifestyle (now try to say that fast five times).
I'm no wine expert but I do enjoy my wines every so often. I've always heard that Temecula had great wineries but never had a chance to find out, till now.
Annie and I headed out to Temecula wine country the other day. We chose to taste at Mount Palomar because we researched Temecula wineries on Yelp and saw that it was most highly regarded with a 4.5… Continue
