Whisk me away from LA to San Francisco, take me on a trip sensory trip to Paris, let me… Continue

How about a little HipHop Artistry?

I found these on the LA times website, thought I would share. They depictions are spot on in my opinion. I didn't have to think about it. The colors used are warm and portray the individuals in a much more subtle way than they are actually known.

"Alexander Melamid and hip-hop heroes

Grammy winner Kanye West is outfitted in some of the trappings of his times in a portrait by Alexander Melamid. It's part of the "Holy Hip-Hop!" exhibition of Melamid… Continue

PETA Loves Breasts

PETA wants Ben & Jerry’s to use human milk in their ice cream instead of cow’s milk.

I kid you not. They sent a letter to Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield, cofounders of Ben & Jerry’s Homemade Inc., urging them to replace cow’s milk they use in their ice cream products with human breast milk.

“PETA’s request comes in the wake of news reports that a Swiss restaurant owner will…

Panty Dropping Chic: Ferrari V4 Superbike Concept

Designed by Israeli designer Amir Glinik, this concept bike uses a modified V12 engine from the Ferrari Enzo supercar, chopped down to four cylinders and modified to drive just one wheel in a motorcycle frame. The superbike features hand controls adapted from an F-16 fighter jet and bottons inspired by the steering wheel in Ferrari's Formula 1 racecars, and an all weather touch-screen LCD atop the fuel tank.

What strikes me most about this Taiwanese artist is that he can modernize anime looking characters. Oh yes....and these girls look like they can… Continue
