Brooklyn Apartment Makeover In Exchange for Rent Reduction



Todd and Marlene Capron, a couple who live in Brooklyn NY, have renovated a shabby looking apartment into something really tasteful. On top of that they managed to get a rent reduction in exchange. As the rent of their previous apartment went up from $2,000 to $2,500 a month, they were lucky to find another spacious apartment for $1,900.
