Dalton Ghetti : Amazing Pencil Sculptures (15pics)

These are miniature pencil sculptures, sculpted by Dalton Ghetti from Bridgeport. The 45 year old only uses a blade, a sewing needle and very bright light, all without the use of a magnifying glass! Dalton Ghetti has been patiently carving miniature pieces of sculpted art on pencils for the past 25 years, and one tiny carved sculpture can take several months whereas a larger creation can take 2 1/2 years.…

Inception Review: Nearly Perfect!

Before you watch Inception, be sure to keep an open mind and expect lots of plot twists and complex storylines, that will keep you begging for more! All I can say is, when the story progressed, it kept getting intense every minute, all the way till the end, and I applaud Christopher Nolan, for coming up with this priceless jewel of a movie he called Inception. One of his finest, definitely!

I had been waiting for this movie for ages, as soon…

One way of recycling your old discs: CDSea by Bruce Munro (5pics + video)

Pretty aren't they? Well, what you're looking at aren't a kind of surreal rainbow coloured clams, or rainbow coloured lake, but actually a large scale sea made up of 600,000 unwanted discs to create that glittering reflected rainbow effect. Well, that's one way of recycling cds.

Bruce Munro, with the help of UK press and BBC Wiltshire radio, urged readers and listeners to send in their discs to his workshop, and the response was massive, and… Continue

Toyota iQ 'Nimble as a mouse' campaign

Clever, oh so clever. I was so impressed when I saw this, and couldn't believe how clever the campaign is. To prove the point of being "Nimble as a Mouse", they use the Toyota iQ as a mouse to control the cursor on a 'large scale projected computer screen'. Brilliant.

Type Should Move - Wearable Lettering by Amandine Alessandra (3 pics + video)

How genius is this? Using 'wearable lettering's, you can create letters just by flexing your body and if you are joined with a number of people, you can create words. What a way to innovate typography, using live human forms as your typeface!

"Using the human body as a message display facility is a way of evading a tax on advertising by making it mobile, but also by using the humanity of the subject and its “freedom of speech” as a legal… Continue
