C'mon, 15 milliones gets us in the door, and prolly just another 7-8 mil to get it habitable - C'Mon! Let's do it! Think of the upgrades we could implement! (Laser turrets, particle-beam accelerators, projectile-foam-incapacitation-cannons, walk-in convection oven - I'll explain this one later) Not to mention the security measures we'd hafta provide to make it vampire and replicant proof.
