There are...I live just off of PCH here in Dana Point there 3 within close walking distance 2 of which are across the street from one and other. the newest one use to be a Coffee Bean, they shut down, then Dietric or something, they closed down, then Starbucks Demoed the building and rebuilt an identical building in its spot...insanity...

I have a Starbucks in a plaza with a grocery store where there's a Starbucks inside..
