In the 80s, my family visited the statue of liberty and walked all the way up to the crown. I remember thinking i was tricked bc the elevator only went to the base of the statue! wh-what! going up the spiral staircase was fine, but going down was scary! i was getting so dizzy, that i had to go down by sitting on each step one by one! there was probably an angry mob of people that i was holding up!!
