Netflix LIVE! On Location @ Autry National Center of the American West - August 9, 7pm: LA

Want to see some of your favorite TV stars jam? On Saturday, August 9, Netflix LIVE! On Location will be held at Autry National Center of the American West and will showcase many of today’s most popular stars live on stage with their bands, and then on screen in their most enduring roles.

This year, they will be celebrating TV on DVD with a performance from "Band from TV" featuring:

Teri Hatcher (vocals) currently starring in the ABC hit "Desperate Housewives"

Hayden Panetierre (guest appearance) currently starring in the NBC hit "Heroes."

Greg Grunberg (drums), a veteran of shows such as "Alias" and "Felicity"
and currently starring in the NBC hit "Heroes"

James Denton (guitar), currently starring in the ABC hit "Desperate Housewives"

Bob Guiney (vocals), who appeared on "The Bachelor" and is currently seen on TLC's "Date My House"

Jesse Spencer (violin) currently starring in the FOX hit "House M.D."

Rounding out the band are accomplished musicians Chris Kelley, Barry Sarna, Jon Sarna, Bryan McCann, Chris Mostert and child-star turned bass player Brad Savage.

After the concert, Netflix will have an outdoor screening of some of Netflix subscribers’ favorite TV shows, including classics such as "The Muppet Show," "The Cosby Show," "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and "Schoolhouse Rock."

This outdoor event is free to the public.

heard about this on the radio in the morning - pretty cool that netflix is sponsoring the whole event (paying the people in the "band" who then donate their money to charity)...so that it's free to the public. that's the way to do it! gooooo netflix!
