My Modern Metropolis

So a while ago we met up with D's cousin during her visit to LA from NYC. She was staying at this chic and cozy boutique hotel right off Sunset (steps away from Ketchup). I loved the room which had an unconventional layout .. felt more like someone's studio flat than a hotel room, so comfortable, one could live there for weeks. Also - awesome rooftop pools + cabanas.

More info --
- All-suite Los Angeles luxury hotel, formerly known as the Bel Age hotel
- Designed by David Collins Studio
- Houses the Gordon Ramsay restaurant (we didn't try it since it hasn't received high ratings). Apparently they do all the room service too

thanks for your post (and the pics)! i've been wanting to check this place out. i like how it's modern but comfortable looking. cabanas are nice, too, esp like the accents of blue on the curtains.
