Bluegrass and BBQ @ Knott’s Berry Farm - 8/16-9/1: Buena Park

Though the summer will be winding down, there will still be plenty of sizzle left on the grill as Knott’s Berry Farm presents Bluegrass and BBQ. Right up until Labor Day crowds will be clustered around monster cooking pits savoring the smell of smoldering BBQ. The festivities stretch between August 16th through September 1st in Ghost Town. Knott’s employees will prepare crawfish, ribs, jerk chicken, fried catfish, po boy sammies and pulled pork daily, over cooking pits. Though the food will be the main event, guests to BBQ and Bluegrass will also be able to take in the acoustic sounds of authentic local Bluegrass Bands.

BTW if you're in the area you should also check out Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant - it's kind of a big deal for chicken lovers around here LOL.
