Show runs through September 13

In celebration of Marilyn Monroe's 82nd birthday, the Andrew Weiss Gallery is hosting a landmark exhibition of original photographs of Marilyn Monroe, open to the public until September 13th. These photos, taken by Bert Stern, fashion photographer of Vogue magazine, were some of the last captured of the legendary star who died tragically only six weeks later. While some images were published in a well known portfolio, many of the remaining photos have never been exhibited, or made available for sale. Some of the photos depict Monroe in a nude or semi-nude state.
