Tonight will be the last night of the Fridays Off the 405 series at the Getty Center in LA for the year. Enjoy music and evening views of the city, tour the galleries, and revel in the end of the workweek in a casual and spontaneous atmosphere at this musical happening curated by culture magazine Flavorpill. There will be a cash bar open until 8:30pm.
See stone come to life in Bernini and the Birth of Baroque Portrait Sculpture and grab your last chance for the art of things that crawl in Maria Sibylla Merian & Daughters: Women of Art and Science (closing August 31). The galleries will be open throughout the night.
Tonight is the last Friday performance before the Getty Center moves it to Saturdays starting in the spring.
