According to GoRamen.com, ramen is back at Mitsuwa in this weekend's Hokkaido Fair! (Actually, it starts on Thursday). This is no ordinary ramen! This ramen is made with ingredients which come from the Hokkaido harvests in the Northern region of Japan.
