Awesome, amazing story about the rise of Pinkberry. God love this woman (Shelly Hwang) for enduring multiple failures till she got it right. If you're a mochi fan like me...you'll need to ask for it....it's the secret topping they only bust out for the shaved ice mondo mega concoction. they should throw some red beans on there and call it what it is - paht bing-soo (for all you korean out there, you know what i'm taking about)!

Ok, ok, if you haven't tried the shaved ice, you HAVE to try it. It's got condensed milk over it with the yogurt and Mochi, it may just be the perfect dessert. The only problem is that it's large enough to feed a family of 4. Maybe that isn't a problem....hmmm
