You know we're huge fans of minimalist movie art, so when we saw this new, animated film we knew we had to post on it. Pascal Monaco created this short film called 35mm, taking 35 classic movies and simplifying them down to their most basic form. He then challenged us, the viewer, to name all 35 films.
Just how did he do this? Most of the animation was done in After Effects with some 3D elements done in Cinema 4D. Prior to animating they did most of the layout in Photoshop and Illustrator.
How many movies could you spot? List them below in our comments section!
