Kitty Gallannaugh was born on a lovely summer day in 1990 to a loving couple in London, England. She first discovered her love for photography at the delicate age of 6, when she collected photographs in a shoebox in her cupboard. Taking photographs made her feel incredibly powerful, as she was able to freeze time within the boundaries of a dusty lens. Her hobby grew from a passion and into a career.
Kitty hates forced smiles and awkwardly framed poses so she works to bring out the emotion and personality of each model. She also tries to stretch the margins of regular photography and turn it into a tale.
Every photograph she takes has a story to whisper. Bridging the realm of whimsical nostalgia to romantic fashion, her work captures the valuable memories which can now never fade.
