Meticulously Detailed Drawings of Surreal Human Anatomy

Latvia-based artist Alex Konahin first impressed us with his incredible ink illustrations earlier this year. Since we shared his intricately detailed designs, the artist has continued to expand his portfolio of expertly executed illustrations. In his latest project titled Anatomy (part 1), Konahin adds his artistic touch to reproducing the organs of our bodies. The monochromatic renditions incorporate the illustrator's eye for geometric patterns and his innate skill with dip pens and India ink. Konahin breathes life into a pair of lungs with his meticulous details. Each organ is rich with personality and we can't wait to see what he has in store for part 2 of the series.
