Whimsical Camera Flowers by Andr Feliciano

Just how wonderful would it be to come across one of these installations by Brazilian artist Andr Feliciano? The artist creates whimsical artworks that look like normal gardens from afar. Look a little closer, however, and you'll discover that you're not looking at regular flowers but “camera flowers” that are in full bloom!

You can see one of his installations right now inside a special greenhouse at Photoville, a new photo festival that just opened in Brooklyn, New York, on June 22. Commissioned by United Photo Industries, it features over 3,000 of his signature fabricated flower sculptures. This will be the first public viewing of his work in America. It will be on display until July 1, 2012. (You can read more about the Photoville event at Time's Lightbox.)
