Traveler’s Stunning Photos Highlight the Natural Wonders of Bolivia

On a recent trip to Bolivia, globetrotting photographer Antony Harrison captured the breathtaking beauty of the South American country in all of its natural glory. Misty mountains, wild flamingos, cerulean lakes, and sulphuric pits seem to come alive in his vibrant photos, transporting the viewer to a faraway paradise.

According to an article that he wrote for Bored Panda, the photographer spent three months traveling extensively around the country. He saw many incredible sights, including the famed Salar de Uyuni salt flat, Isla del Sol (Island of the Sun), the gorgeous Lake Titicaca, and the incredibly dangerous Death Road.

“Words and pictures don't quite do justice to the majesty of Bolivia, never on earth I have met with vistas, people and culture quite as unique as this country has to offer,” says Harrison. “Needless to say I will be back in Bolivia at the first opportunity and I encourage all of you adventurers out there to do the same!”
