Artistic Expression

I like to consider myself an artist. As a profession i am an actor but as a human i enjoy expressing myself artistically. I have, in the past few months, been turning it over in my head not only what is Acting to me, but art in general. I love acting because i feel i have a talent for expressing myself freely in it. Poetry is the next venue i feel i have a grasp on manipulating to document my feelings and thoughts of that moment in time. The visual arts however is something i enjoy doing as a release but i feel i am not apt enough in that field to express myself as i want.

Its frustrating...

Its like trying to write a poem without having a large enough of a vocabulary to say what is in your heart. But i will continue to draw and paint and possibly one day experiment with photography. Until then i admire those who are exceptional in that field.
