Last week, space shuttle Atlantis ended its final mission. This photograph, taken by the crew of the International Space Station, gives us an unprecedented view of the shuttle during its final descent path. It appears like a bean sprout against clouds and city lights. Airglow over Earth can be seen in the background. See a larger version over at
