Innovative Cat Transit System Designed for the Home Office

Cats are already internet sensations who even have their own cafs and now, thanks to architecture firm Because We Can, our feline friends can have their very own Cat Transit System. The studio, led by interior designer Jillian Northrup and her husband architect Jeffrey McGrew, has designed a transportation tube fit to line the interior walls of their office, stretching around the room, past desks, and over an armoire. The aesthetically complementing tube even features its own tiny windows for traveling cats to take a break and look around.

Though the inventive creation is currently only installed at the studio's Mad Scientist Home Workshop in San Francisco, it seems like something creative cat owners might want for their own humble abode. Because We Can just may be onto something revolutionary for cat owners. As Northrup says, “The fist step to greater cat mobility throughout the room is here!”
