Butterflies are Evil: Beautiful Digital Art by Akida

Some of the best artwork is found accidentally. This work is done by Akida, a student at the Fine Art University of Greece.

RAT KING: Her Majesty The Squeak!

RAT KING: Marie
Quick pin up.

Drown
This one is a vodyanitsa … Russian don’t spell well in English, I’m afraid.
According to Russians believes they were wives and daughters of vodianoy, a rather cranky water spirit/guardian. Water spirits themselves - they were not mean but mischievous and would mess up fishermen nets and break bridges. By some other believes they were souls of drown maidens.

Cyberfeather Collab
"She is sort of a cyber angel. Windowlicker did the colours and I did the lines. And it ended looking like an escape from hell."

Don't be Shy
Even the shy fish doesn’t like the rain.

Train Ride Home

Eight of Swords
"Often called “The Test” this card usually represents a trial or examination which will reveal exactly what you’re made out of . Life often provides us experiences that put us under close scrutiny. This is a pass/fail situation with little middle ground. It is enforced isolation, restriction, bondage, confusion and crisis."

Beautiful in its simplicity. Akida.
