Whoa! This HAS been discussed so much, never crossed my mind to witness it being done to someone! OMG! jaw...dropped. (I always type as I watch things). The CIA conducting all sorts of torture tactics like this (until Obama came along) happens in the darkest, shadiest corner of our nation.
