Geared toward wellness, sports, entertainment, and "whatever you can imagine," the recreational facilities features a large swimming pool, outdoor amphitheater, helicopter landing pad, and a shaded marina.

With the concept, the 27-year-old Hungarian graphic designer won first prize in Seastead's first design contest.
