Creative Window Display: Hermés Blowing Scarf (Video Inside)

What a beautiful and creative idea. At the Maison Hermés in Tokyo, Japanese designer Tokujin Yoshioka has assembled a gorgeous yet simple video installation that will literally stop you in your tracks. Japanese actresses are seen blowing air while hanging Hermés scarves flutter in front of their faces.

The clean, non-cluttered storefront keeps the product front and center, letting the simulated action give people an experience. What a great use of modern technology in the retail space!

Check out the video.

This installation will be on display until January 19, 2010. If you're in Tokyo, check it out before it's gone!
