On July 9th, the Black Book gallery in Denver, Colorado will become the home of Philip Lumbang and Ernesto Yerena's collaborative show Dead Relatives. The two artists combine their own unique styles to create cartoon characters that are cute but morbid! Lumbang is known for his animal characters, while Yerena is known for his Chicano-inspired collage work. Together, they're inspired by Day of the Dead imagery. Scary but sweet!
